1. ACGS at its own discretion, may refuse to grade any coin for any reason. Some of the most obvious reasons would be, but not limited to: coins minted outside the United States, coins minted in the United States but for foreign circulation, or coins that appear to be altered, cleaned, artificially toned, surface damaged, discolored, excessive marks, or otherwise suspicious.
2. Due to the subjective nature, changing standards and individual judgments involved in coin grading, ACGS disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the grade assigned by ACGS to any coin.
3. ACGS will guarantee, up to the market value, of any coin that is lost or damaged while in ACGS possession.
4. Customer agrees to report and return to ACGS, upon request, any incorrect description (error) for correction within 10 days from receipt. ACGS will be held harmless for errors NOT reported after this time.
5. Insurance is not required by ACGS but it is recommended. Therefore, the customer agrees that any coins sent to or coming from ACGS without proper insurance is done so at customer’s risk and ACGS will be held harmless for any loss or damage as a result of the under insured or uninsured items.
6. Except as expressly set forth herein, ACGS disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding ACGS goods and services.
